Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building brand awareness and driving customer engagement and lead generation through creative marketing strategies.
The role is based in Singapore with flexibility for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives, focusing on driving revenues and enhancing customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling advertising campaigns across various media platforms including digital, print, and social media.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to recommend adjustments to marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the sales team to integrate promotional campaigns with sales strategies.
- Develop and edit content such as videos for social media
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using predefined KPIs to measure success and areas for improvement.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, with a solid understanding of different advertising platforms and strategies, preferably in the QSR or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (such as CRMs) and platforms, including social media management.
- Proficient in video and photo editing softwares
